Rumors say there is a statue, hidden in an ancient temple, in the ruins of a forsaken city. Carved form a huge pearl, it is the ultimate treasure of all times. Conan receives an invitation for a hunt - whoever gets a hold of the statue, will gain the most prized artifact and the greatest of all antic treasures.
He is not the only one however, to have heard of this magnificent statue, the Grim Grey God. Toj, likely to be the most deadly and swift assassin of Hyborean World; Jade, the ambiguous and secretful leader of the guild of thieves; a powerful necromancer commanding the dead to aid him in obtaining the statue, believing it stands for much more than just enormous wealth; a dark wizard seeking the pearl figurine for this same reason: the power to unleash the darkness that has not been witnessed since the Golden Age of Acheron Empire. Conan might be the only one capable of crossing their path and protecting what good is left in this cursed world...
